I thought it could be fun to tell you a bit about the edits and many small and bigger changes I made during the creation of page nr. 9, so here it goes. First off all I fiddled with the faces of the girls a couple of times or needed to fix the arm here and that hand there so they would match up nicely proportion wise. Been a while but I did learn something bigger about the trade of comic making with the new page and it's connected to dialogues! I've been having trouble with the whole speech bubble placement. Where to put them in a panel? And how much text should there be? What should the speech bubble look like? Normal round or with spikes? As you might have noticed, I've done a lot of editing and redrawing as of late. I arranged the website in a new manner, so it's easier to navigate and read the comic. I also changed the backgrounds and gave it a brighter colour scheme that I find more fitting to the comic series. Currently I'm editing the Arc cover as well because - same as with the dark website - it doesn't fit in with the rest of the comic and with what I'd like to convey as a feeling. Hello there folks! As you can see I don't only work on the new page but also managed to fix the last panel in the previous page. That face of hers has been nagging at me for some time. Left is the first version that all of you got to see. Then I worked on the second one and noticed how stupid it looked!!! Just... wow... And today I finally managed to get it done! It's at least to a degree that I can look at the page and not stare at the last Irma. Colouring is progressing for the next page....
